Understanding your inner world more deeply shifts how you experience your life and your relationships.

Relational therapy for individuals, couples, and teens seeking deeper self-understanding, greater self-compassion, and more meaningful relationships.

Therapy is a space to slow down, explore your inner world, and begin relating to yourself and others in new ways.

At times life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or disconnected. You may notice patterns in your relationships that repeat, emotions that feel difficult to understand, or a persistent sense that something inside you is asking for attention.

Therapy offers a space to explore these experiences with curiosity rather than judgment. Together we work to better understand your inner world so that the ways you move through life — and your relationships — can begin to feel more intentional, compassionate, and aligned with who you truly are.

While insight can be meaningful, lasting change often emerges through experiential moments—both within yourself and within the therapeutic relationship.

You Might Be Here Because

What Therapy With Me Is Like

Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in genuine human connection. Rather than taking a distant or overly clinical role, I approach therapy as a relational process where we explore your experiences together with curiosity and care.

My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and able to explore yourself honestly. Over time, many people develop greater awareness, self-compassion, and freedom in how they move through their lives and relationships.
