Relational Therapy in Los Angeles for Anxiety, Overthinking, Relationship Struggles, and Relational Trauma

Helping individuals, teens, and couples cultivate deeper connection within themselves, their relationships, and their lives through in-person therapy in Beverly Grove and Santa Monica, and virtual therapy throughout California.

I work with individuals, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, and the lasting impact of painful experiences and relational wounds.

A lot of the people I work with are used to holding everything together on the outside while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in painful patterns. You may spend a lot of time overthinking, questioning yourself, focusing on others’ needs, or trying to keep things together while feeling unsure of how to actually feel more at ease within yourself and your relationships.

Therapy can become a space where you no longer have to carry everything alone. Together, we can begin to slow things down, better understand what’s underneath these patterns, and help you move toward feeling more connected to yourself, your relationships, and your life.

You May be Struggling With:

Anxiety or chronic overthinking

Low self-esteem or harsh self-criticism

Relationship conflict or difficulty communicating

Attachment wounds and relational trauma

Difficulty trusting yourself or others

Perfectionism and people pleasing

Life transitions, identity shifts, or uncertainty about the future

Feeling stuck in repetitive emotional or relational patterns

What Therapy With Me Is Like

Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in genuine human connection. Rather than taking a distant or overly clinical role, I approach therapy as a relational process where we explore your experiences together with curiosity and care.

My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and able to explore yourself honestly. Over time, many people develop greater awareness, self-compassion, and freedom in how they move through their lives and relationships.
