Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, and explore the emotional patterns shaping your life and relationships. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, insightful, and highly self-aware, yet still find themselves struggling with anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or painful relationship patterns that can feel difficult to fully understand or change on their own.
Often, people come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, stuck in cycles of people pleasing, perfectionism, relationship anxiety, or constantly questioning whether they are “too much” or “not enough.” Others may feel emotionally exhausted from trying to hold everything together while internally feeling overwhelmed, lost, or uncertain about what they truly need.
In our work together, we create space to explore your inner world with curiosity, compassion, and honesty. Therapy can help you better understand longstanding emotional patterns, relational trauma, attachment wounds, and the lasting impact of childhood experiences while developing a more connected and authentic relationship with yourself.
