Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers space to explore your inner world with curiosity, reflection, and compassion. Many people come to therapy when they feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, navigating a life transition, or wanting to develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

In our work together, we may explore how past experiences, relationships, and emotional patterns continue to shape your present life. Therapy often involves noticing the ways you relate to yourself and others, as well as developing greater awareness of emotional and embodied experiences as they arise in the moment.

For many people, difficulties such as anxiety, self-criticism, perfectionism, or relationship challenges are connected to earlier relational experiences. These patterns often developed as ways of adapting or protecting yourself. Therapy offers an opportunity to explore these patterns with compassion and curiosity so they can begin to shift.

I often work with individuals who are navigating:

Anxiety or chronic stress

Relational or attachment patterns

Complex trauma or complex PTSD

Self-criticism and perfectionism

Life transitions or questions around identity and direction

Feelings of disconnection from themselves or others

Over time, therapy can help foster greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
